Paralegal Annual Banquet
The Fresno City College Student Paralegal Association (SPA) would like to
thank the San Joaquin Association of Legal Assistants for their support in
providing a scholarship for the upcoming 2002-2003 academic year. On May 17, 2002, SPA held its annual banquet honoring both faculty and graduating students. Charlene Bullock presented the SJALA scholarship to Angel Smiley who will be continuing her paralegal education in the fall. Other scholarships and awards were presented to students, SPA board members, faculty, and administration. This year's Alumni Award went to Rhonda Gregory who has helped the student association and the paralegal program by teaching computer research, sharing her computer expertise and expertise in Summation, and by her support of the paralegal filed in general.
