The Fresno Paralegal Association promotes, encourages and expands the paralegal profession by serving as a forum for the interchange of ideas among paralegals in Fresno County and surrounding areas.

PARALEGAL DEFINITION and CONTINUING EDUCATION:
Effective 1/1/07, B&P 6450(d) requires that every two years, all paralegals are to complete mandatory continuing legal education, consisting of four hours in legal ethics and four hours in either general law or in a specialized area of law.   (Complete text PDF 12 kB)
